Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period will be denied.
Once your order has been delivered, you may return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped the next day after processing

  • Please allow extra time during holidays or sale seasons.
    Note: We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars. You may be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.

What if the items I receive are damaged, incorrect, or defective?
If you receive an item that is missing, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Pictures of the item(s)

  • Any relevant details

We’ll do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: Sent to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after receiving your return or cancellation request.

  • The posting of the credit depends on your bank/credit card company. If you haven’t seen the credit after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider.
